Audio/video/whiteboard

Greetings, I am almost complete with a website ([login to view URL]) but need to finish one part. I'm looking for a programmer to enable to computers to connect with audio/video/shared whiteboard. The administrative aspects have already been programmed in; the programmer that I have is having difficulty getting the connection to work except in some random situations. So, I would like to hire someone who has expertise in this area. Thank you!
