Hey there, I'm Huz, I see you need a measured building survey and drawings and am confident I can provide a high standard of work. I'm a Part 1 Architect and have been employed at several architectural firms here in London where I've regularly done this type of work. As I usually do this type of work I have the necessary tools such as a laser tape measure to take measurements fast and efficiently and of course I have AutoCAD to create the actual drawings. You can check my portfolio on Freelancer where I have uploaded 2 examples of measured drawings for residential properties in London which I recently completed. The building site visit would involve, inspecting floor heights, layouts, furnishings, wall thicknesses, overhead structures, manhole locations etc and then drawing it all up clearly, with appropriate line weights and scale.
