Require design and cad files for new footings / foundation/frost wall / concrete block wall and concrete entry slab and stairs. Also require design / calculations / cad files for light structural steel. Drawings must be suitable for building permit, construction and shop fabrication (some light structural steel). This is a relatively small / simple project for design of a new entrance and facade improvement on a commercial office building. Project should meet code requirements for Canada - it can be over-designed (if necessary to be conservative) since the cost of the steel and concrete will be relatively small for this project. There are many more files in other folders, if required, including original building drawings and newer cad and sketchup files. These additional files will be reference for the detail design.
