Automate Purchasing with Captcha

My company is looking to automate our purchasing process with one of our major vendors. The computer software will require, but not be limited to the following: Artificial intelligence (AI) for a captcha (word verification) procedure. The software must be able to iterate through the captcha procedure at high speed efficiently. T-1 or a T-3 connection. The software must be able to hold various individuals’ names, e-mail addresses, password, credit card #’s, billing addresses and other relevant data to complete the purchasing transaction simultaneously for each individual. Each individual will represent a different “client” to the vendor with a different IP address. Time is crucial because there is only a set amount of product to be released. Software must be able to read vendors software and capture release of certain products. Time sensitivity is crucial. A function to input data relating to new vendor products. For example, product name, dates, etc. Software generated reports – primarily user-friendly purchasing reports Front end user friendly. Programmer must have a high level of expertise in computer software architecture. Knowledge of computer networking is preferred, but not required.
