Blackberry App Development

I have a Blackberry app based in JAVA. This app is 75% complete. the developer that was working on it disappeared and did not finish the app. Here is what is left: 1. When using the app, it will need to check my MySQL database to verify if the user is active or not. 2. if the user is active then the app will work properly otherwise the app will be limited. 3. the app has a registration page on it that needs to have validation on it as well pass a hidden field to the MySQL database. This hidden field will be the users cell phone number that is using the app. 4. when the user logs into the app the app needs to connect to the MySQL database and check if the cell phone number that was stored in the database is the same as the cell phone number that is using the app.
