I am a private chef trained in france and italy who worked for french aristocracy. I grew up in the fine dining/hospitality industry with innate and unique knowlege of food and wine- with incredible experiences, years of working as a chef- with using my writing as a way to communicate to the world these unique perspectives and experiences. I feel that I would completely understand what you are looking for in your project and because I have lived and worked the industry my entire life, I am able to connect with the novice to the professional. Being that I am fluent in Italian and French, I can understand the 'root of the root' of cooking, being that I was only able to cook with the 'best of the best' ingredients living in Paris and Tuscany for French Royalty. I had to seek out ingredients, almost as if living in a different time. I also minored in photography and have an innate understanding of to 'poise' and photograph food, to captivate and draw in the reader. With this vast base of knowledge I can take any information or requests of how you would like your project to look and make that happen, or add the creativity, humor, wit, or professionalism that professionals can respect and even the novice or 'foodies' can appreciate and be entertained. Just as being a private chef, I will cater to the 'ingredients' of the requested blog project, and add my own expertise as needed, creativity, humor, and education to inspire and captivate readers.
