Build a Website

Hey, Our local game store is looking to start having an online presence. We got ourselves a domain name and the email service that comes with it. However, after that none of us have much experience. Our goals for the website is for it to simple website where people can see news, upcoming tournaments, product releases, contact information and few other things. It would be about different 10 pages in total, but in two langauges. There is no preference on what platform you use to build the website, just one that can be edit by us to add all relevent info and updating news and such.
