hi i am angelo,architect for 3years & an autocad operator 4 already 8 years..right now i already have a construction/contractors license here in the philippines,& we i together my mentor an structural engineer & a good very friend which is an interior designer,provide services such as planning,renovation,supervision,construction,land development,structural analysis & design,interior design & landscaping,we also provide plans,& bill of materials or estimates for residential,commercial,etc...and its me whos doing all the planning,the drafting and all autocad related works,& right now construction career in the philippines is at its lowest hardest time,due to our economic problem... anyways,regarding w/ the rate, its 30$ per 20"x30" standard sheet,if we convert plans from blueprints to cad,or whenever it is as built..but theres an additional amount if we are the ones whos gonna do the plans,from nothing..and whenever the sheet is bigger,the rate is already different...rest assured that if id have this contract,your payment is all worth it,& very well done & organized..i'll send you some of my samples,only the architectural pages, not the structural,electrical plumbing plans...thank u!! more power!!!
