Hi, I've been working in the Advisory department of a multinational company. I've come across and worked on many such assignments wherein the process narratives need to be prepared, gaps are to be identified, controls need to be suggested and an appropriate action plan is agreed upon which finally results in creation of 'to be' situation. I make use of visio to create process flowcharts, identify the gaps / risks. The objective of this exercise can either b process improvement or compliance.
