Please expand more what is BRD (Business Requirements Document?) and what to use from it to create a Tableau report. Tableau is a visual exploration (statistical) data tool and not meant for creating general (text) reports. I'm former technical writer (Doc-To-Help Certified Trainer) and engage in multimedia e-learning for adults in last 5 years so would create a webinar training for your IT group with edited recordings passed to you. There is also a possibility of onsite training but I'm from Europe (Slovenia) and on this stage of our communication this is not included in the bid amount (I have to see what you need to have done first).
