I can create this program in C/C++ using Visual Studio and have it run on either a Server or as a TaskBar Icon on a users desktop. I can do virtually anything required with Visual C++ and have 20+ years of experience in it, and wrote a book on MFC published by Ventana/Corolis, and was asked to do the book because of my expertise in this area, by Martha Kauffman of Alder Robin Books. I can use any of the Internet related classes to retrieve http:// pages from Craigslist and store them in a Database and create Web Pages for Analysis, Drill-down etc. Bid and Terms are flexible.

You can just buy my existing product that allows you to search for a specific criteria in both Craigslist and Backpage.
