Code a piece of software..

I need a programmer who can do a piece of software for me. The software itself must consist of three interfaces (individual softwares) communicating using the same MySQL db. An admin, provider and reseller part. The different users of the different software will be exchanging som data (text) using the software the must run on WinXP (and if possible, without much extra cost - Vista). Payment up front will only be done using GAF Escrow system. Else I can of course wire the money after successfull job, use paypal, moneybookers or others.
