Custom C++ Plugin needed for "Angry IP Scanner" Program

I need a .dll plugin made for Angry IP Scanner [login to view URL] This sdk is released for the program, and it is open source. I need a plugin made that will scan for "Open-Relay SMTP" ports. The programmer must know the difference between open-relay smtp port and a regular smtp port. The project is very simple and should be completed quickly and bug free. I will attach the sdk and sample plugin sources to examine.
