Digital audio watermark using C++

HI I am doing my project named digital audio watermark. I need this work to be done 18th august 11 am GMT time I would like to write a C++ code which implement the watermarking process (i.e. embedding and extraction of the watermark in an audio track). This is to implement the C++ code to embed and extract the watermark in a wave audio file"using spread spectrum audio watermark technique" download the Spread-Spectrum file here for reference [login to view URL] Just to confirm,(Please keep the below information) the audio file used should be wave. read it embedd a watermark in it according to spread spectrum technique. write it . detect the watermark in it. please put comments as much as you can for each section in the code this will help me understand the whole code My budget is $100 t0 $200 Please make sure and do the project if you can deliver in time as it is important for my grade.
