I can make this work using .Net Windows Application. I need details on the website where you want to download the videos. In particular, does the website have direct links to download videos? Or is it a flash player which streams video? Uploading a video to a target site is easier. You can even have scheduler to run this application periodically. Thanks for considering my Bid!
