Develop a command-Line application in C - repost

Build an application around my XML and XML Schema. You will develop a simple command-line application in C that is capable of communicating structured binary data across a low-bandwidth TCP/IP network. To support your work you will use the Packedobjects data encoding tool. You should provide a comparison of the encoding size of your protocol in both XML and when compression is applied to the XML data. Applications need to express originality and/or have a degree of complexity.
