App to parse .eml files

Executable App that can be installed on a Windows box. What this app does: 1. Reads .eml files from a file location provided 2. Parses the header of the email and grabs the base64 code specified 3. Decodes the base64 code to check if this .eml file is a candidate to be processed 4. If the .eml file is a candidate, grabs the specified code and display on a basic plain web page. I can show the exact code to be picked for decoding and the exact code to be picked that can be displayed on the web page.
