Bluetooth Low Energy Pheripheral implementation on Nordic nRF52 DK

I need you to develop embedded software for me. I would like this software to be developed using C or C++. using Nordic SDK for BLE and soft device. This will be just modification to existing Examples provided in Nordic SDK to support custom profile and services. Bluetooth Low Energy Peripheral implementation for custom device profile on nRF51 or nRF52 Nordic development kit . This is basically a modified version of "Heart rate monitoring" application example with pairing and simple data exchange using nRF android app. This is a educational project. NOTE: Bid only if you have one of this kit for development.
