Customer Followups

Not sure what skills are required for this project. Creating a stand along program to send out emails from Access, using Microsoft Outlook on my server. I want a Customer care module to for initial customer support and follow up of sales and service actions with a set of series of emails. I will use Access to create a list of a records with the data to be sent. An example of the fields in a record in the database are Date to Send Email of person to send Subject of Email Body of email Who email is from Date of email sent The emails will go through my Microsoft exchange server. They will originate from my office and will have different employees names (who email is from in database).
