Hi shaniama88, My name is David Brooks and I am a current Junior at Loyola University Maryland in Baltimore, MD, USA. I am a Computer Science major and have experience in C Programming. From your project description, it would seem like you need a basic lookup/database C program, which is fairly easy to develop. I have been doing C programming for the past two years.
