convert c++ to c# for camera API

I have a c++ project that can connect to a camera (foscam) to stream video and audio developed by the manufacturer. It also has code to send audio to the camera (talk function). I need someone with excellent c++ and c# knowledge to use the existing c++ code to develop a simple c# windows forms application in .NET 4 (client framework) with two buttons on it - one to start talking to the camera (playing audio through the camera speaker) and one to stop talking to the camera. I will of course want the full source code for the solution. Full source code for the existing c++ application will be provided (along with remote access to the foscam camera).
