Auto reminder email and sms when user's due date falls - open to bidding

I already have my website made in mvc 4 C# , visual studio, sql server 2008 R2. I want to integrate the functionality to my website that whenever any user payment fall due on any date the automatic email and sms should starting sending him once a day , a week before till he make the payment i.e I require auto email and sms reminder application. There should be a provision in admin that we can set the reminder scheduler manually also. Please respond as early as possible.
