Code EA based on MA crosses - open to bidding

I want to build my trading system. It uses EMA and SMA. Once the first trade is placed with stop loss, it will trail the profit along the trend, after the close of 30mins candlestick, it ll place additional trade(scale-in) provided the closed candle is in opposite direction of the trade. It ll keep repeating this and adding trades until the sma is crossed to the other direction and all the trades will be closed. The EA will start trading from 6:30am London time till 5pm. The addittional trades will start from 7am to 7pm. There will be close all trades option, close all trades if xx number of trades is reached, option to place additional trades- true/false.
