Create a Python Dictionary

Someone familiar with C++ and Python Type of application development required: Other or Not Sure Integration requirements: Requires Integration Purpose or functionality of application: Application should allow me to enter text into the Metaphone 3 function (which I have bought in C++) and build a python dictionary. I need to be able to open files in python, extract text and run through Metaphone function, then take resulting metaphone code to build a dictionary basically dict(text, metaphone).
