Cross plattform software and hardware inventory client

Cross plattform hardware and software inventory client. It should run on Linux, OSX and Windows. It does not have to be the same codebase but it is preferable if it is. It should not be in Java, and preferable it is a native client or at least must be perceived as a native client without the need of installing external dependencies or runtime environments. The client should collect data about the hardware and software installed on the computer and watch for any changes made, or new software installed. All this data should then be reported to a remote SQL server where it will be imported. Authentication keys for this should be able to be provided in a config file before the client is installed/pushed to computers. It should report the hardware and software in different report files and only new/changed data should be reported after the first report is sent to the server. You should be able to define what type of files it should index and the possibility to exclude file types. The main focus will be on executable files and it should collect as much data about them as possible, including manufacturer name, version, path to file, name of software and so on. It should also read all the information about installed software from the registry. The data need to be marked where it comes from (registry/file system) and a unique computer and organization identifier need to be provided with the reports and be configurable on setup. The client needs to be able to run in the background as a service or similar, and need to be able to be deployed without the user needs to know about it or restart the computer. It should also generate a hash code of the inventoried software file to help identify its uniqueness. So that renaming a file to a different name will still generate the same hash code. The client must have good performance and not impact the everyday usage of the computer. Full access, control and owning of the source code should be held by me after the project is completed.
