This is a single webpage. Original files are in PNG and will be sent properly. For the slider on the top, where you will see a cement bag, I would like to see some movement on the image when sliding. There are 2 backgrounds that you will see on the "xray" file, that I called Parallax "1" and "2". I just want those backgrounds to slide up as the user scrolls down. Please make a clean coding, W3C validated, that works on Chrome, Firefox and IE. I think this is a really fast task, so I will probably choose the one that can offer the task to be done quickly. If you have any question feel free to make it!
