Build a Java UI

Hello, This is the initial posting for a new project related to the UI build of a new web application. This should be a fairly simple project for someone who is experienced with Vaadin/Java: we don't want to do anything too fancy, the UI just submits/retrieves data from the MySQL database. This will be a long-term, ongoing project and I would like to develop a relationship with the UI developer. Eventually I will share the complete project roadmap and we can work together to find the best way to achieve the more difficult items in the coming years. The initial budget for this build will be small but will expand as we continue with the project. Please review the attached file to determine whether this is a project you'd like to bid on. Requirements from anyone who bids: 1) Please only bid if you are experienced with Java. 2) Documentation is crucial for this project. All code must be documented in English well and a very detailed project closure document is expected. 3) You must be competent with Ubuntu Linux. You will gain access to a development server which is a generic Ubuntu Server build. A few details about the project, to give you an idea of whether you want to bid or not: 1) This is a web UI for an existing application. The application feeds information into the database, the web UI submits/retrieves information from the database and writes text files to a directory on the web server. 2) I want this to be very simple and efficient for you.
