CSS Master needed for quick Green Biz project

Hello, We ([login to view URL]) need a CSS master to help us polish up a site. A link to the current state of the page is below. The page is a calculator (a static non-functioning version). All elements of the calculator are stored in a database, and dynamically created by a template file. As you can see at the link below, the page comes out jumbled with excess white space. What we would like is to find someone that can take the [login to view URL] file and build out the CSS tags so that they layout the various section on the page correctly. The second link below shows how we would like the page laid out. Link 1: [login to view URL] Link 2: [login to view URL] In addition to using the CSS to correct the page layout, we need to alter the page look and feel. The color scheme should follow the existing [login to view URL] color scheme. The page also needs a new: * header – get rid of the menu bar, and add a nice image like on [login to view URL] * side bar – the links should stay but make the font bigger, make the calculator names nested under the header, and change the coloring * footer – add an About Us, Terms Of Service We are racing to get this project wrapped up in the next week or two, so please let me know if you are available to start now.
