CSS - give Joomla site

I have a very small training service and wish to make it look bigger than it is, by making sure that our site gives off the proper appeal. The site is built in Joomla, using a third-party template. What I need is somebody who: 1. Understands CSS. 2. Understands Joomla (it's built in Joomla 1.0). 3. Has excellent design experience and can advise me on the right choices to make in terms of font selection, font size and font color. Then, make those changes I decide on. This is not a big job for the right person. It should go very fast, maybe just a couple of hours. The scope of the work is essentially to look at the font choices we have made for headlines and body text -- typeface, size, and color, and to suggest a better combination. In other words, a font strategy. Then, you would go inside Joomla and assign the right fonts and colors for H1-H6, and to choose the right body text font and size to go along with that. Then, just tell us when to use which style. Also, I will ask you to document the work, with steps to show me how to edit the CSS files in the future, if I decide a small tweak is necessary. The site is conservative in base color, but has a few nice bells and whistles. Perhaps the best term of what I'm looking for is "stylishly conservative." If you think you can make a few suggestions and tweak our CSS to achieve that, I hope you will bid. Please give me links to sites that you have designed or done this type of work on.
