A simple 2D intro that last for about 100 seconds. - open to bidding

I would like a simple 2D intro for about 100 seconds. Something like your sample "2D Explainer for Everyday Living". There is no need for a offline voice, neither for a background music, I would do that. With this short video I would pretend people to understand what my Android App does. I would write the script of it, you know, like telling you the exact scenes (more or less). I don't know what to tell you right now because it is the first time I use a service like yours. Please, let me know if it is possible for this fixed price budget.
