Daily Classifieds Posting to CL, Backpage & Ebay Classifieds

I need someone proficient with all of the stop measures at CL, Backpage & Ebay Classifieds that they can navigate around posting obstacles and post 8 different ads on each of the three websites everyday. They all have to post to the Dallas / Fort Worth market so you must know how to vary your IP address but use IP's in Dallas/Fort Worth, be able to create hundreds of email accounts for validation, etc. So I need a total of 24 classified ads posted per day without getting flagged.
