Clean Index page

My index page is too heavy and full of tables. Need someone, who can clean the index page, decrease the index page size, and clean the tables, and comment them. All codes must be aligned, and structures well, and must be xhtml 1.0. Stylesheet required. Please do not bid more than $20. Lowest bid wins. Payment after completion. No escrow.
