convert static flash site to externally linked data loading site

i have a static flash site designed by a webdeveloper. I have the original fla file that is 33MBs the site is small, less than 10 pages, just a company bios. I need to convert it to have CRM like capabilities for easy edits. I was told the easiest way is to take the data out of flash into externally linked files. I have seen XML driven templates that do exactly what i need, so your job is to either take that functionality and add it to my site, or go the other way round, start with an xml driven template and modify the visual page layout to match mine... i don't care which way you go since i should get what i need in either case. I will just need to be able to specify basic formatting (paragraph, heading...) either through a preformatted file or through xml. being able to dynamically add pages is a plus but not required.
