Carbs in nutrition

Hi everybody, I need around 1500 words written about carbohydrates for my health and nutrition website. The website is a vegan one. The page will be titled complex carbohydrates as this is a good keyword search term. Ideally I would like something written about the difference between simple carbs and complex carbs, and what these foods are and their nutritional advantages. Thanks, Kris
