Blog comments posting

I need to hire somebody to post 60 comments in 60 different do-follow US blogs with min. PR1 on the comment page. The blogs must be on their own domains and different IPs. I don't accept free sites like blogger and company...The comments must be posted in period of 3 weeks. I want each day between 1 to 5 posts. Also they need to be unique, meaningful on the article's theme. Weekly report on .xls format I'll only take providers with experience in blog comment posting, please send me sample of your previous work. The payment will be 10 days after the project is completed. If you provide me with a good quality work we can continue working in the future.
