I used to write features and draw editorial cartoons for our school paper before I got hired for a newspaper. Most of my professional writing experience consisted of writing news features for the business page of a local newspaper. I also write short stories and poetry, some of which I've used as material for songs I perform with my rock band. I'm interested. :)
