Auto PDF Converter

* Basically employees upload files (any type - .ppt, .doc, .jpg etc) from various companies and we need to convert them, apply security/watermark, generate thumbnails and put them in seperate folders. One feature we would like is for it to be able to run from multiple computers all watching the same set of directories -it should check a directory, make sure the file isn't in the process of being copied to it, then start working on the file. -Take a file and convert it to .pdf -Apply watermark to document. -Create Thumbnail size pictures (193 x 251 pixels) -Store in the 'Thumbnails' Directory -Create Large size pictures at full resolution of doc -Apply security password to make the file un-editable. -Move the file to the 'PDF' directory Run OCR, generate keywords. Other things to consider: One instance of the app should be able to scan X number of folders w/ the same directory structure. It can either scan a root directory and list all the folders there, or take it in from a .txt file. Also, might have to convert multiple files into one PDF. Files would have A/B/C/D etc in their file name to flag them as going into same file. Willing to buy a PDF SDK/API, but must know price before hand. Or it can interface w/ Adobe Acrobat professional. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Windows. Would prefer gui vs command line, but negotiable. C++/C# (Must be commented with proper indents/spacing etc.)
