a detail procedure on how to drive a car for a person that never driver a car before

I went to an interview for an administrator assistant, in this position I will be creating scripts on how to follow procedures to do different applications. The interview went very well but the last thing the interviewer ask me was to email her a detail procedure or steps teaching a person that never drove a car before how to drive a car.
