Customer Service + Letting Management

Me and my wife need a freelance letting agent for 6 days across December to receive and hand-over the keys to tenants. We need someone with credentials we can verify and experience in handling lettings and customer service. Additional responsibilities: -Verify inventory (books, DVDs, TV) when customer arrives and leaves the flat. -Turn on/off heater when tenant arrives/leaves. -Communicate immediately with us in case something goes wrong. Be 100% responsive to e-mails and phone calls. -Give instructions to cleaning lady. Dates for the job: -11th December (receive keys from tenant and check inventory) -12th December (TBC) (give access to cleaning lady) -18th December (everything ok for tenant, hand-over keys and check inventory) -22nd December (receive keys and check inventory) -23rd December (TBC) (give access to cleaning lady) -26th December (hand-over keys to tenant and check inventory)
