Creating a scraping and registration program for a poker website

I've been trying for a couple of months now to create a database of pokerplayers for my personal use. I've been getting there step by step but i feel that it's taking up to much time. I would like someone to make this program for me. It has to be able to scrape the results of 2 player pokertournaments from the lobby of the website, create a database of these players and registrate me for tournaments with the players of my choosing. If possible i would also like to be able to change some parameters of the registration proces. If anyone is interested please let me know you price.
