Compile a list of PR5 Do Follow Blogs

I need a list of 300 PR 5 Do Follow blog posts with auto approved commenting. The PR5 must actually be on the page where comments go. Not just on the root domain. And the comments must be auto approved. Please place a bid to compile such a list for me. The list should be delivered in the form of a list with clickable links to each page you find so I can verify the PR and auto approved comments. That can be either a CSV file for open office, an html page, or a PDF file. It doesn't really matter as long as the links are clickable. Also, respond with a comment that includes a bid to actually place links on each page you find. I'd like your bid price to be for finding the sites.
