Data entry / web scraping

I need someone to go in and capture all the geographic areas and their sub areas from vrbodotcom and enter them in a control panel we have setup for this This would consist of going through the countries they have (which we have done), capture the states (we did for the US), and then go into each state or area of the listed countries and capture each data entry point. This can be done through harvesting if you want to do it in php curl or ruby as well. Note that some levels of data are 7 levels deep so you need to make sure you get all the way in each time. My guess is it would take no more than 5 days for someone who isnt that fast.
