Client Relations Executive needed

I need someone reliable with a excellent written Elglish and a hard working attitude to be the first point of contact for new clients on eLance. I will need you to follow the following 4 step procedure. This is a long term engagement, I intend to find someone that will work with us for years and if you are very good there are many opportunities to progress with the company especially if you'd like to manage people: STEP 1: Hi [include their name if given], I'd like to help. I have a few questions about the product before I make a formal proposal: 1. What problem does it solve? 2. What's the history of this problem? 3. What possibilities could your product provide? 4. What is different now, thanks to your product? 5. What is the average product cost? Thanks, [your name] === The above is the general template you will use, however you must make sure it is relevant to the project you are querying at all times (e.g. if they need an email campaign for a law firm you would need to change the wording from 'product' to 'service' etc.) === STEP 2: After initial response, then acknowledge their answer and ask them if they are open to speaking about the project further either on telephone or via Skype. === **MORE BELOW... ** ## Deliverables STEP 3a: If they agree and post their number or Skype ID on the public Q&A your job on the Elance side of things is done. You can now log into Highrise HQ and log the new contact as a prospect along with all the information they provided in their original bid request & public Q&A STEP 3b: If they do not post their contact details on the public Q&A, but indicate that they would like to be contacted by telephone. Simply send a prebid message to them requesting a contact telephone number or Skype ID so a telephone appointment can be arranged. STEP 4: After they have given the contact details, then you log their details into Highrise as before. After that, you must send them a follow-up message letting them know someone will be in touch with them shortly and in the meantime if they could fill out a short assessment form, it would make things a lot better for the phone call, the assessment form: [login to view URL] Never ever send them to fill out the assessment form until you first have collected either a Skype ID or a contact telephone number and updated these into Highrise. === This project is for 100 verifiable entries into Highrise HQ. For every entry that turns into a paying project, you will receive a $100 bonus on top of the value of this project (i.e. $yourbid + $100 per new client). Our typical closing ratio is 25% so as long as you submit good leads you can expect a monthly bonus of $2,500. I will pay higher bonuses for top performers. Definition of deliverable for this project: 1) Screenshots showing the full Q&A on [login to view URL] (the full page so that it is clear whether or not the potential client's name was used, if it was provided in the original message) for each entry in Highrise HQ. 2) Screenshots of the potential client's message on Elance clearly showing the contact information that they shared. 3) Screenshots of Highrise entries mirroring the details provided in Elance 4) All screenshots must show the full page, nothing obscured or edited. 5) All screenshots will show that you did not blindly copy and pasted, but personalized initial questions depending on what they had written (e.g. including their name or saying service instead of product or even changing the questions completely if the original questions are irrelevant). Irrelevant responses will be deemed as a non-cosmetic flaw. You will be provided an Elance ID under our company name as well as an [login to view URL] account under our company name. If you are not comfortable using highrise, then training will be provided via Skype before the project begins. Must be able to commit to a weekly telephone meeting on Wednesdays.
