amazon inventory file

I need someone to take an excel inventory spreadsheet and convert it into an Amazon Apparel text file template that can be loaded into my Amazon account. I need someone experienced with Amazon to fill an Amazon Apparel speed sheet with data from a product feed from my fashion clothing website. All relevant columns should have the correct data entered including key search terms. The file should successfully upload to Amazons seller central and add new products to my inventory in Amazon. I have attached sample from my product feed and an Amazon Apparel flat file.
