I have a 16 page form, called the Ongoing Needs Identification (attached). I need it converted to a digital version via a script I've written (you don't need to know Ruby to do it, but it is in Ruby). This is basically a copy and paste task, with some attention to detail required. If you do this job well, there are several more forms I need inputted. Not the most exciting task ever posted, but super-simple!
