Convert 20years old tapes data to digital form

Hi, can I know how many forms do you have ? Perhaps we can mixt good OCR plus some Excel macros plus some manual tasks to accelerate the process. Thanks for clarifications as I see that the budget range is very high, so I expect many forms like that.

Hello We have to discuss how many data you have and about how easy is proces of typing. I mean you have such files. Than if we enter each record to database then what operations we have to do before recieve next image for typing, and what program is using for this. If this process is easy i can propose 0.5$ per 1000 characters for first column of you example and 1$ per 1000 records of second column. I can orginize typing process if needed. I can involve 10-20 people to this work. If you have offline or aplication form for typing we can use this proposition If your program have online form you have to pay more, because time for refreshing etc. The price for example card: 92 characters in first column = 10 cents. and 12 numbers in second - 1 cent. sum=11 cents. If you need only second column then 1 cent. But the input process have to be very easy. If you need other operations like checking, we have to discuss it. The standart result that entered data have 1-2% or mistakes during typing.
