Bulk Phone Number Lookup from Name and Address List - repost 4

Bulk processing phone number look up I have 2687 full names and address' of people that I need to be able to find their accurate phones numbers. I have the data in an excel spreadsheet. This is a repost to qualify the listing. I know a number of these persons have a land based home phone and many may now use cell phones. I would like to have two columns added to the data that I will be submitting. One Column for Home Phone and One Column for Cell Phone. in addition to the phone numbers, I would also like to have "Date of Birth". I have the DOB Year already on my spreadsheet and it is in the format of ****1954 (so I have birth year but not day and month which I would like to have). To summarize: I will provide you with a spreadsheet with 2687 names and addresses with birth year. My spreadsheet will have three blank columns (Home Phone, Cell Phone and DOB mm/dd/year), The three blank columns are the columns I need populated with home phone number, cell phone number and DOB. A small sample of the file can be provided to bidders. Thanks in advance for those who bid.
