I know that I can complete this project on time and well covered. I am patient and hard working and do not mind being the one to do the donkey work. I can handle 20 - 25 entries per hour. and would like 17 days to complete the project.

I can do this project fast and accurate. I had to go through information like this to compare and delete/merge for my own thesis that I just finished one month ago. I would be able to go through 30-40 organizations in an hour so I can definitely finish it before your deadline. Please consider my bid.

Finding a duplicate's in 2100+ organizations by hand will be very hard if not impossible task. What database is your CRM using as there might be an easier way to do this. Otherwise my short estimate is 10 seconds per entry gets me to around 6 hours of work, then some merging and work - I'd mostly say it should be done in around 3 days work. Depends how big other stuff is but I reckon more than 80 entries/hour is possible if it is just quick go through and arrange data.
