Conforming Excel File - Simple

I have an Excel File called "Master Good Keywords" that contains 10,812 entries, which needs to have approximately 5,906 entry ROWS removed / deleted from this file. The other Excel filed called "Master List with BAD keywords" has 4906 entry ROWS and the "Shot Numbers" as listed in Column A are to be used as the master guide in selecting the ROWS that are to REMAIN in the conformed "Master Good Keywords" Excel file. So this is just a simple task of deleting some of the rows in the 10,812 entry Excel file so that the Shot Numbers (column A) MATCHES up with the Shot Numbers (column A) of the Excel file called "Master List with BAD keywords." The reason for this job is that the keyword data in Column B of the Excel file called "Master List with BAD keywords" has many of the Keyword data words in cut-offed / incomplete in Column B... and thus need to fix the issue by conforming the data from a good Excel file that has all complete keyword data (Excel file: Master Good Keywords). I have attached both Excel files for this job - see attached. So just a simple job of deleting the ROWS on the larger Excel file called "Master Good Keywords" so that columns A, B & C MATCH the columns in A. B & C of the Excel file called "Master List with BAD keywords." So the is NO data entry needed for this job, just conforming on Excel file so that it matches the other by just removing / deleting ROWS. Therefore you will just be deleting ROWS so that the "Master Good Keywords" Excel file will contain 4906 ROWS like the other Excel file. The completed job needs to be done with no errors... so double checking your work is a must. I would estimate this job taking 10 - 15 hours.
