Data Entry - Seperate out Addresses

I have a 70,000 excel list that has each address line in one cell. For example - this is all in one cell of the spreadsheet 1793 Wade Avenue Santa Clara, CA 95051-3029 I need this seperated out into excel columns by Name - already seperated out (done) Address - needs to be seperated into a column City - needs to be seperated into a column State - needs to be seperated into a column Zip - needs to be seperated into a column phone # - done email - done Should be a very simple job. Payment - escrow when completed. Want completed in 2 days. See file attached to review - I listed 10 rows of data to review
